MADDY

Today we had a great surprise...better than that!!!

An American girl (22 years old, from Wisconsin) who's called Maddy came to visit our 2A & 2B students so we had a great chat with her.

Our pupils were able to communicate with her, sharing their interests and hobbies all together.

WHAT TIME IS IT?

Hello everybody!!!

I've just found a great video about telling the time in English. I know how hard is it for pupils to tell the time in a proper way, especially when they're only 7 or 8 years old.

In this video, we can see how to tell the time in every 5 minutes lapse. Fortunately for them, for the exam that will be held on Thursday, these are the times that they will need to demonstrate:

(   ) O'CLOCK

A QUARTER PAST (    )

HALF-PAST (    )

A QUARTER TO (    )

No matter if the book is only teaching them how to say "O'CLOCK" times: they will have to show that they know those sentences in depth. In addition to this, it will be great if they learn how to say other different structures apart from "the quarter" ones.

DAY OF PEACE

What's up!?

Last Friday, we had our own Day of Peace in the school. We enjoyed a lot because we were able to give our own messages, as long as we received messages inside ballons from other pupils.

Also, pupils from each grade (in our case, it was the one and only Andy Lefty (2B) ) throwed their balloons to the sky.

Without doubt, it was a great day in our life.
